There was a time last year when me and all my friends had an unofficial Fruit Ninja war on Facebook. Every day in school the one with the highest score would brag and gloat, and the rest would live in shame for the remaining of the day, until the battle continued. The usual top 2 players would be Vasileni and George, who coincidentally didn’t particularly like each other, so the fight for the top spot was very dramatic. It last for about 2 weeks.

Obviously I had the lowest score nearly every effing time.

Sansa Stark

At first I have to admit I hated Sansa for being such a brat and basically leading to Ned’s death, but after the 2nd book she grew on me, because above all else, Sansa is a truly strong character. Not in terms of physical strength, like Brienne (who I think is a really weak character) or like Arya, who is driven and has a goal and doesn’t lose her mind because she has something to hope for. Sansa has a strong soul. She didn’t break not once, even after all that she’s been through, even after losing her whole family and being taken advantage of and being abused, she didn’t break. And now that she’s in the Eyrie with Petyr and he’s teaching her how to play the game, I think that she’ll finally take hold of her own life and become a bad ass player. And all the waiting she’s done and all the bending the knee to every asshole will finally pay off.

Spoiler for ADwD

What I really like about Theon Greyjoy (in ADWD) is that he is smart. Even though everything he’s been through as Reek, he still can’t seem to understand how people can be so stupid and blind to certain things.

For example, in ACoK, when he presents the villagers with the burned bodies of “Bran and Rickon”, he thinks to himself that the people are really stupid for not reallising whose the bodies really are. He says something like “if we’d told them they were aurochs they would have seen the horns”?

Then in ADwD, when he’s walking “Arya Stark”down the aisle, he thinks that everyone will know it isn’t her because of her brown eyes (Arya’s are grey) and he thinks of how blind people really are to lies, even when the truth is right in front of them
